Sacha Blom is the Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator at Paladin Studios supporting their People & Culture team. She won the 2021 Dutch Game Award for Inclusion for her thesis on inclusive hiring practices which she is putting into practice in her work at Paladin. She is actively working on connecting studios and has hosted two student portfolio days for Paladin in collaboration with KeokeN Interactive.
